How we reduce our energy footprint

1. Solar Panel Installation

Small but crucial steps are required to achieve a wise environmental management and reduce the energy footprint. Therefore, we installed a series of solar panels at the headquarters of Cartabianca.

The energy that is collected from renewable sources, such as from solar panels, is inexhaustible, environmentally friendly and comes in compliance with the practices that address climate change.

2. Eco-Friendly Packaging (FSC™)

As leaders in the packaging industry in Greece, we understand our crucial role in protecting the environment. We develop innovative products, we move forward and we gain all the necessary certifications that bring us among the leading companies in Greece with an ecological conscience.

At Cartabianca, we embrace sustainable packaging and therefore, we are FSC™ certified (FSC™ C172223). FSC™ certification has been established by the non-profit organization Forest Stewardship Council ™ which in collaboration with environmentalists, economists and sociologists promotes the sustainable management of the world's forests.

Moreover, the FSC™ certification ensures that our FSC-certified packaging comes from properly managed forests, recycled materials and other controlled sources, with the aim to support forest biological diversity preservation.
